We do not train models on customer media, and zero-retention processing is used wherever the option exists.

Subtitle files are yours. Remove them from the dashboard or close the account and they go with it.

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and there is no analytics profile built on your browsing.
Uploaded media is deleted the moment a transcript has been produced — in practice seconds after processing finishes, and never later than 2 minutes after a job stops running, whether it succeeded, failed or was cancelled. A housekeeping pass enforces that ceiling. The file is never archived and there is no second copy held elsewhere.
Subtitle files and transcripts stay in your account until you delete them, so that re-downloading or re-exporting to another format costs you nothing. Deleting a job removes them permanently.
Billing records are retained as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically eight years, even after an account is closed.
Technical logs are rotated within ninety days.
We process account and media data to perform the contract you entered into when you created an account. Billing records are kept to meet a legal obligation. Security logs rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and working.
Producing subtitles requires specialised speech and language processing, and some of that runs on infrastructure operated by third parties acting on our instructions. They may process your audio only to return a result to us, may not retain it beyond that, and may not use it for their own purposes. Zero-retention modes are enabled wherever the option is offered.
Payments are handled by our payment gateway, which receives the details it needs to take the transaction. We never see or store your card number.

Data may be processed outside India, including in the United States and the European Union. Transfers are made under appropriate contractual safeguards. Larger customers can request that processing and storage be pinned to a specific region.
Transport is encrypted end to end. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Media sits under unguessable filenames for the short window it exists and is removed automatically. Subtitle files are held outside the public web root and are served only to the account that paid for them, after an authorisation check.

We set one cookie: a session identifier that keeps you signed in. It is marked HttpOnly and, over HTTPS, Secure. There are no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies, so there is no consent banner to click through.
The service is for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Material changes to this policy are notified by email to the address on your account at least fourteen days before they take effect.
