Wallet credit is non-refundable once purchased. Credit never expires, and a job that fails or is cancelled releases its full hold back to your wallet — but money that has entered the wallet stays in the wallet until you spend it on processing.
Topping up your wallet buys processing credit on Vidora Labs. Credit is denominated in currency and consumed at $4.00 for the first hour of source runtime in one target language, then $1.00 for every 15 minutes beyond that hour. The first hour is charged in full however short the file is, so $4.00 is the minimum any job costs in one language. Each additional target language multiplies the figure. The minimum top-up is $100.00.
We do not refund wallet credit to your original payment method. This applies whether the credit is unused, partly used, or you have simply changed your mind about the service. Please buy only what you intend to use.
We are explicit about this because our costs are incurred the moment a job runs, and because the minimum top-up is set deliberately high enough that you can evaluate the output properly before committing further. If you are unsure whether the service suits your material, talk to us first — we would rather answer questions than take money you will regret spending.
Unused credit remains on your account indefinitely. We do not sweep dormant balances, charge inactivity fees, or impose a monthly minimum that erodes what you have paid for. If you top up and then do nothing for a year, the full balance is still there.
This is not a refund — it is a reversal within your wallet, and it is automatic:
Every one of these movements appears in your wallet ledger with the balance after it, so you can reconcile the account yourself at any time.
When you submit a job we hold an estimated cost based on the runtime your browser reads from the file. Once processing establishes the true runtime we settle the difference: if the true runtime falls into fewer billing blocks than we estimated, the excess returns to your wallet automatically. If it falls into more, the balance is taken. You always end up paying for exactly what was processed.
Machine subtitling quality depends heavily on the source audio, and we publish that plainly rather than promising a fixed accuracy figure. A job that completes and produces conformant cue files has delivered the service, even if the transcript is imperfect on difficult material.
That said, if output is genuinely below what your source audio should have produced — a clear malfunction rather than the ordinary limits of the technology — contact us with the job number. We will investigate, and where we are at fault we will credit the cost back to your wallet. We would rather credit an hour than argue about it.
If a payment gateway error results in a duplicate charge, or you are billed for a top-up that never reached your wallet, that is a payment fault rather than a refund request. Contact support@vidoralabs.cc with the transaction reference and we will correct it, including returning funds to the original payment method where the credit was never issued.
You may close your account at any time. Any remaining wallet credit is forfeited on closure and is not returned. Download anything you want to keep before you close the account, because cue files are deleted along with it.
Raising a chargeback rather than contacting us suspends the account while the dispute is open. We will always try to resolve a problem directly and quickly if you give us the chance first.
Questions about this policy go to support@vidoralabs.cc, or support@vidoralabs.cc for anything about a specific job. Rank First Technologies, Mohali, Punjab, India.
Create an account, top up the wallet, and process a title you actually care about. A feature film in two languages costs about $16.00, so you can judge the output on real material rather than on a demo clip.
